Introduction

Frenz School Inc is a non-profit making New Zealand organisation operated by a group of volunteer parents.

Its mission as stated in its statutes is to develop and sustain a bilingual French/English education in New Zealand and to contribute to the dissemination of Francophone culture to the New Zealand public.

Bilingual French/English education is primarily aimed at Francophone families who have come to Auckland either permanently or short-term and who wish to maintain their cultural and linguistic roots whilst simultaneously immersing themselves in New Zealand culture.

However, it is also aimed at non-Francophone families who would like their children to benefit from a bilingual education. The immense intellectual richness offered by a bilingual education and the exotic appeal of the near-by French Overseas Territories (Tahiti and New Caledonia) guarantee a constant and increasing interest in our Primary Unit at Richmond Road Primary School.
