Current Vacancies

Frenz is currently looking for a new volunteers for the following roles: 

- treasurer - Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch,

- parent representative for L'Archipel - Auckland,

- parent representative for La Grande Envolée - Auckland,

- parent representative for Ruru la Chouette - Wellington.

Treasurer

The Treasurer  oversees the management and reporting of FRENZ finances.

Since FRENZ is a nonprofit organization, the Treasurer ensures, to the best of his/her ability, that the current & noncurrent assets of FRENZ are utilised accordingly, well-accounted for, & appropriated as per committee agreements.

Regular basis 

  • To authorize & approve payments processed by the manager through internet banking,

  • To assist the manager in bookkeeping, if needed.

 

Quarterly

  • To update the members of the financial position (Profit & Loss) during quarterly meeting (This may include keeping track of donations collected & if expenses are within the budget).

 

Annual

  • To prepare financial budget & forecast on annual basis

  • To assist during audit/review of accounts by an independent auditor

Parent Representative

Each parent representative leads the good governance and ensure continuity of their unit.

 

The parent representative manage relationships with the parents of the unit and coordinate with the committee.

Regular basis

  • Welcoming new parents, explaining them how their unit works and answering their questions,

  • Represent FRENZ amongst parents and external stakeholders in the francophone community and the school community,

  • Participate in the development/growth of the association.

Quarterly

  • Take part in the committee meeting minutes and approve the annual budget, end of year accounts, and any decision impacting FRENZ.
